If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, Horsyn shop gives you 30 days in which you may return your item from the date you received the parcel. We do not make direct changes at our warehouse. Return the product for repurchase and then place a new order on the website horsynshop.com.
Within 30 days, the buyer may return a good quality product only if the buyer has not used the product and has not damaged its commercial appearance. It also means that the buyer must preserve and not damage the packaging of the product. All returned goods must have authentic labels, protective bags and original packaging. In addition, no refund or exchanges can be obtained on items that have been ordered with embroidery.
Please always contact Horsyn shop by email to hello@horsynshop.com including your order number before returning any items. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay. The customer is responsible for the package until we receive and register it. You should allow 2-3 weeks for Horsyn shop to process your return and refund you accordingly. The refund is paid to the same account used for the purchase.
To send a return back to Horsyn shop:
1: Please fill out the return form and attach it to your return package.
2. Pack the items you wish to return back into the box and write the following return address on the outside:

3. Drop the parcel off at your closest post office, You must cover the cost of the return yourself.
You will receive an email from Horsyn shop when the return has been processed.
Please note that some products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety regulations.
